FAQs

Answering your common questions

Are there any concession prices?

Tour prices vary according to destinations. The price will always include transport, tour guide, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and various other samples of food and wine throughout the day. Concessions are available for children accompanied by an adult - please apply for prices as, again, it will depend on the destination.

What if I have to cancel?

Please contact Ginger. The general rules are that if you've made an error when booking and contact me within 12 hours, I will organise a full refund OR help you rebook on another tour. If you cancel before 72 hours notice before your tour commences, a 50% refund will be provided. No refund is available if you cancel within 72 hours prior to your tour commencing.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, the bus does not have accomodation for dogs. However this does not apply for any fully accredited service dog such as a guide dog.

I am differently abled. Will I be accommodated?

We will do all we can to ensure all people, with all different abilities, can take our tour. Please contact Ginger to discuss. Unfortunately, some of our venues have access issues that won't be easy to overcome.

Where do we meet?

Most tours leave from the entrance to the North Melbourne Railway Station at the time advised in your tour itinerary (usually 8.30am). We leave promptly at the advertised time, so we encourage everyone to arrive early.

What do I need to bring with me?

Dress comfortably - it will be a busy day. An umbrella for rainy weather is a good idea, and sun block if it's hot. Your tour price includes bus transport, tour guide, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and samplings of food and wine throughout the day. You'll need money for any shopping you want to do along the way.
